National Foreign Language Month

Here's your fun fact of the month: National foreign language week was introduced to us around the spring of 1957 by Alpha Mu Gamma. This week was dedicated to helping people learn the need and importance of foreign languages.

Throughout the 6th and 13th of March, people in the United states will be able to celebrate National Foreign Language week, participating in events such as running a competition on intranet languages, spreading awareness of different languages, play an educational games (Kahoot, Blooket, Quizzes, ect) to teach others about the importance of other languages.

And yes, 'intranet,' not internet. I'll let you look that one up for yourself and see where that'll take you, and just maybe you'll like what you'll see. So come on, let's all celebrate National Foreign Language month together!
